Lorenzo Ciccone earned his first construction degree as a ‘Master Builder‘
Since early in his career Lorenzo engaged in different areas of the construction process, gaining vast experience as a Project manager.
He assisted in the design-build of miscellaneous residential and commercial multi story building structures; managed, coordinated and supervised multi disciplinary work teams and suppliers; scheduled, planned and budgeted miscellaneous construction and maintenance projects and along with hands-on work, performed as trade supervisor, construction superintendent and construction manager.
With over 30 years of experience and a solid engineering background, Lorenzo brings to the table invaluable expertise and professionalism, from design inception to the completion of each project.
Marcelo Ciccone graduated as an Architect with a post graduate degree in
Urban Design and Planning from 'Universidad de Belgrano, School of Architecture' in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
With 29 years in the business, Marcelo has worked with leading architectural firms in Argentina and Los Angeles.
Marcelo is an architectural designer, highly skilled in the development of complex construction documents, and proficient in the areas of project development, project managment and construction administration for high-end residential,
retail and commercial projects.
A licensed General Contractor in the State of California, Marcelo has managed, as
sole proprietor, a Los Angeles based design-build company. His capacity to understand the nature of architecture and construction disciplines, combined with technical knowledge, positions Marcelo as a well qualified designer and builder.
Lorenzo and Marcelo have collaborated and worked together throughout their entire professional careers. Their work ethics and ability to resolve the every day challenges of a construction project, and their disposition to relate to each client, makes for a reliable and successful team.
